Returns Policy

If you aren’t in love with your purchase, we want to hear from you!

You can return full price items for a store credit or exchange plus freight charges so you can find something that you love.

All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item(s), just shoot us a message via email tridentspearing@hotmail.com and we can get the ball rolling!

If you’re thinking about purchasing with us, please note our policies to avoid disappointment. We do not offer refunds, unless the item is visibly faulty so please take this into account when shopping with us.

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your items must be in original condition, must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged with all original tags attached.

Sale items are unfortunately ineligible for returns or exchanges.

We want you to receive an item that you love and are always happy to help you choose! If you have sizing questions, need extra photos or just want to say hi please get in touch - we would love to hear from you.
